Simultaneous interpretation for online, hybrid and on-site meetings

Tell us where and how your team and audience are meeting. We'll arrange the interpreters, set up the language channels and run all the visits and rehearsals, so you can focus on the meeting itself and forget about the language barrier.

Remote

Online meetings and webinars

Simultaneous interpretation inside the platform you already use. Participants choose their language from the meeting menu.

  • Language interpretation set up on the video conferencing platform of your choice (we recommend Zoom Workplace, but other options are available)
  • Webinars, board meetings, training sessions and interviews
  • Interpreters working remotely with professional-grade audio
  • A technical rehearsal with your host before the meeting

Hybrid

Hybrid meetings and livestreams

One meeting, three audiences: people in the room, people joining online and people watching the stream. Everyone hears the same interpretation.

  • Interpreters on-site or remote, heard in the room and on the platform
  • Language channels for livestreams
  • Coordination with the venue's audiovisual team, or our own team if you would rather we took care of it all
  • Backup audio routes planned in advance

Conferences, negotiations and site visits, with interpreters who travel to you and equipment arranged with the venue.

  • Simultaneous interpretation with booths
  • Consecutive interpretation for negotiations and interviews
  • Portable systems for mine, plant and site visits
  • Strong presence in Chile, Brazil, Argentina and Colombia

Why human interpreters when AI can translate speech?

AI and large language models are nothing short of phenomenal. Automatic translation tools can work for quick internal calls and informal conversations, where AI's margin of error carries no significant risk. However, board meetings, public events and technical settings such as medical, legal and STEM conferences call for precise terminology, discretion and someone accountable for the result. We'll tell you honestly what your meeting needs.

Translations that read as if they were written in your language

Native linguists working with state-of-the-art technology to keep terminology and formatting consistent. In the age of AI, we keep an eye on the latest developments and stay in close contact with our clients, so we can talk openly about the possibilities and work out how intelligent tools can best serve each project.

Frequently asked questions

How far in advance should I book interpreters?

The sooner the better, so we can start working on the details. If it's urgent, message us on WhatsApp anyway and we'll do our best to have everything ready at short notice.

Can you work on our own video platform?

Yes. We join your meeting on the platform your team already uses. Your host turns on language interpretation and assigns our interpreters, and we walk them through it during the rehearsal.

What happens if an interpreter loses their connection?

Interpreters work in pairs with backup internet and power, so their partner takes over immediately. We also agree on a backup plan with your host during the rehearsal.

How is interpretation priced?

It depends on the languages, the length and the format. We quote by the half day or full day, and list preparation, equipment and travel separately.

How is subtitling priced?

By the minute of video. Send us the link or file and the languages you need, and we'll quote a fixed price based on the video's length.

Do you work with other languages?

Our working languages are English, Spanish, Portuguese and French. Other languages are available on request; just tell us what you need.

Which currencies do you invoice in?

US dollars, euros, Canadian dollars or Chilean pesos. International clients can pay by bank transfer or another method we agree on.

How do I send documents or videos securely?

Once you request a quote, we'll send you a private upload link. We're happy to sign your NDA before you share anything.
